Not a whole lot of gluten-free excitement this week. Long time, no blogging about gluten-free tastiness. There was a thing with The Job that I resigned from because I was going more-than-a-bit barmy. Probably something about it making my stomach hurt. Go fig, right? I have been remiss.
Stewed Pears with Coconut Yoghurt. STEWED PEARS WITH COCONUT YOGHURT. 4 Pears, cored and cut into halves. Place the pears in a heavy-based pan. Pour the apple and grape juice over and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until pears are tender 25-30mins. Mix yoghurt and vanilla together. 1 small onion finely chopped. 2tbs cold butter, cubed.
